This file upload procedure was designed with an
intuitive interface, and most options will be self-explanatory for users that
are familiar with Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer. A short description of
each function is provided when you hover over a button. In this manual the main
functions will be explained in more detail. Navigating folders To Navigate through folders, simply click on the name of the folder.
Return to the Previous Folder Click on the folder back button that appears in the upper left corner just under the blue title bar. Please note that this button is not visible when you are in the root/main folder. Create new FolderUse this function to create a new subfolder in the current folder. When a subfolder is created in an MBAFILES directory, it will inherit the permission of its parent folder. For example, if you create a folder in the root of your MBAFILES directory (ex: \fulltime\babckf1), it will be publicly available on the Internet. However, if you create a folder inside your "private" or "data" directory (ex:\fulltime\babckf2\private), it will only be accessible to you. |

Find files and foldersYou can search for files and folders in the current folder by name, date (both modified and created are matched) or size. Searching all subfolders is optional. Send to any folderThis function is similar to the Windows Powertoys feature and allows you to copy or move files directly to any folder without having to change to that folder first. You can manually enter a target folder or select one from the History list. Rename item(s)When you want to rename a file or folder: select the file (click in the box to the left of the name to add a check), press the Rename button and enter the new name. Delete itemsThis will delete selected files and folders. When you want to delete a file or folder: select the file (click in the box to the left of the name to add a check), press the Delete button. NOTE: This will permanently delete the file. Please be careful!
